Where possible we work with other local business’s to support the community, including architects, material suppliers and specialists.
We have built our business on providing quality workmanship on the structural elements as well as the surface finish. We work closely with clients to deliver the end result they have imagined.
Once you have confirmed you are happy with the quote we will arrange for you to visit previous customers. Where possible we will match you with someone local, recent, and who has had similar works completed.
We are professional builders with over 15 years’ experience building loft conversions and extensions in London. We ensure a qualified electrician and gas engineer certificates all work required and we comply with all building regulations.
Our contracts are usually completed with planning consent or part of permitted development so are inspected and signed off at each stage by Lewisham Council Building Control. We have worked with building control for over 10 years and all our projects have been approved on completion.
We are a small family business and only take one large construction job at a time to ensure quality. We (Eddie and Nik who are visiting you today) are the principal builders and project managers who will be on site and deliver the work throughout the contract. Any labourers and specialists will be supervised by us at all times. If you have any questions about the build you will be able to come to us directly any time of the day.
Should you have any additional requirements as the work progresses we will be happy to discuss these with you. We will do no additional works unless authorised by you and the cost is agreed before we start.
